"Technique: An introduction"
Good balance, posture and a wonderful embrace are the things that help you to connect and discover a whole new level in your dancing.

"Adornos & the Music"
Why? How? and most importantly When?
Learn about the valuable role of adornos and how you can use them to express yourself with the music whilst still being connected to your partner.

"Ganchos & Boleos"
Dangerous in the wrong hands and explosive when used properly, this session will explain how ganchos & boleos work, can be adjusted for the milonga and the "how and when" of using them.

"Giros"
Turning, turning and more turning. But without the dizziness and the falling over. This workshop is an essential for dancers of any level. Challenging and very rewarding. Discover the speed, rhythm and energy of your turns.

“Ochos & Sacadas”
A range of ways to pivot, stay grounded and displacement without annihiliation are explored in this session.  

Location:
All the sessions will be held at The Garden Shed, a private studio in zone 6. TGS is a 30 minute train journey from Victoria Train Station and the address will be provided in the lead up to your workshop.
